SHEPHERDS YARD, FLAMSTEAD, ST ALBANS
Located within a Conservation Area within the attractive Hertfordshire village of Flamstead, we secured planning for a traditional farmyard style housing scheme. On the site currently is an unsightly, dilapidated builders yard which will be replaced by 8 sensitively designed family homes. Approximately half of the existing yard will returned to its historical setting of an orchard to be enjoyed by residents.
Set in idilic open countryside just outside of Waltham Abbey, we have a private development of 9 detached family houses. The site was previously a derelict scaffolders yard that seemingly had little chance of achieving planning, however, we were able to achieve an optimised planning consent a within just 12 months.
WOODSIDE CLOSE, STAPLEFORD ABBOTTS
Set in the Greenbelt within the pleasant village of Sheering in Essex, this infill site was originally refused planning on numerous occasions prior to our involvement. We have since secured consent for three large detached family homes set back from the street within a private courtyard in this desirable village location.
