A Look at Some of Our Latest Work
Shepherds Yard, Flamstead, St Albans
Located within a Conservation Area within the attractive Hertfordshire village of Flamstead, we will shortly be commencing the development of this traditional farmyard style housing scheme. On the site currently is an unsightly, dilapidated builders yard which will be replaced by 8 sensitively designed family homes. Approximately half of the existing yard will returned to its historical setting of an orchard to be enjoyed by residents.

Paslow View, Blackmore
A development of nine countryside houses located in a private estate and all with far reaching countryside views. The picturesque village of Blackmore is a short walk away and there is abundant access to the countryside whilst still being connected to London and surrounding towns and villages.

Greenview Grove, Walham Abbey
Set in idyllic open countryside just outside of Waltham Abbey, we have a private award winning development of 9 detached family houses.
The site was previously a derelict scaffold yard that seemingly had little chance of achieving planning, however, Founthill were able to obtain an optimised planning consent within just 12 months.
